SHIPMENT DELAY NOTICE

Due to our limited capacity, all orders placed after 3/14 will experience delays. A few considerations regarding orders placed and ordering:

• Delivery times will be longer than usual, and we can not guarantee any specific time due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 crisis.
• If you have already ordered, we appreciate your patience in awaiting delivery.
• If you have already ordered and cannot wait, but would like a refund, please contact us.

Many of our products are still available at your local specialty grocery stores and/or supermarkets. You may also purchase some of them on Amazon and Walmart while supplies last.

ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Customers are responsible for shipping charges of all products.
• All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the following business day (Monday to Friday, excepting Holidays) after the placement of the order.
• All orders will be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping (United States Postal Service or UPS Ground).
• Standard Ground shipping takes 4-10 business days for delivery.
• We ship to the 48 US States, as well as the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We do not provide International Shipping. 
• For overseas Military Mail (APO/FPO address)

SHIPPING RATES

For the 48 contiguous U.S. States:

1. Orders over $50.00 get FREE SHIPPING via Standard Ground (USPS or UPS Ground).
2. Orders $49.99 and under have a fee of $3.99 and up for shipping and handling depending on the weight of the item(s) (see below for more details).

• $5.99 fee for item(s) that weigh less than 1LBS, particularly, 1 Oz - 13 Oz.
• $7.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 1LBS but less than 3LBS.
• $9.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 3LBS but less than 5LBS.
• $11.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 5LBS but less than 7LBS.
• $16.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 7LBS but less than 9LBS.
• $19.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 9LBS but less than 12LBS.
• $21.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 12LBS but less than 15LBS.
• $26.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 15LBS but less than 18LBS. 
• $29.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 18LBS but less than 22LBS.
• $33.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 22LBS but less than 26LBS.

Standard Shipping Rates Based on Weight for AK, HW, PR, VI States

• $9.99 fee for item(s) that weigh less than 1LB, particularly, 1 Oz - 15 Oz.
• $18.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 1LB, particularly, 1LB - 4.99LB.
• $29.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 5LBS, particularly, 5LB - 9.99LB.
• $54.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 10LBS, particularly, 10LB - 19.99LB.
• $79.99 fee for item(s) that weigh over 20LBS, particularly, 20LB - 29.99LB.

• We offer 2-day standard shipping for NY, MA, NJ, CT, PA, and DC state only. No extra fees will be charged for the service.
• Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are to be shipped via USPS Parcel Post. They are NOT eligible for flat rate nor for free shipping. Rates for USPS Parcel Post can be viewed in shopping cart. 
• Express Shipping: “Express” refers to the shipping method only (UPS 3rd Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day Air). KEEP IN MIND: all express shipping orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the following business day (Monday through Friday, excepting holidays) after the placement of the order. It is possible for an express shipping order to be shipped the day after rather than the day of the placement of the order. Rates for express shipping can be viewed in shopping cart.
• Incomplete or incorrect addresses will incur an additional charge of $10. This is the price that CoCo Island Mart would be charged as a penalty for the incorrect address; the responsible party is therefore charged appropriately. It is the buyer's responsibility to make certain that the provided information is correct before submitting the order. 

Local Delivery

• Local delivery is offered for the following zip code areas in NYC: 11214, 10305, 10314, 10306, 10301, 11204, 11228, 11219, 11220, 11218, 11230, 11223, 11224, 11229, 11235, 10302, 10303, 10310, 10307, 10308, 10309, 10312, 10304 with minimum order of $50.
• Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Otherwise, they will be delivered the next business day.

PAYMENT METHOD

• We accept only Visa, Master, American Express, Discover Cards, and PayPal (Union Pay acceptable).
