      Must have in your pantry

      Perfect way to add that subtle earth umami element. Side note a lil goes a long way as the salt content is relatively higher so I usually use it and cut my salt in half perfect in burgers soup stocks and rubs and marinades

      Great for Umami

      Very ice. Not crazy about the sugar. I should have read the ingredients first. Just an FYI for those who don't / can't consume sugar.
