HOW TO COOK A DISH!
What You Need:
• 2 lbs. chicken drumstick or thighs, or 10 chicken wings, disjointed.
• 1 pkg. Kikkoman seasoning mix
Directions:
1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
2. sprinkle seasoning mix over chicken in resealable plastic bag. close top and shake bag to coat chicken. refrigerate 30 minutes.
3. bake chicken at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 180°F, turning chicken over once. "makes 4 to 6 servings."
"for teriyaki burgers:" thoroughly combine 2 lbs. lean ground beef and seasoning mix. shape into patties and broil or grill until done (160°F).
