• This product comes with 33.8 fluid ounces of Concentrated Soup Base "Tsuyu No Moto" per bottle!
• This is a three-times-concentrated general-purpose soup sauce that is manufactured using a unique production technique and a particular grade soy sauce that complements the soup sauce and brings out the flavor of bonito flakes.
• With a little preparation, you may use it for a variety of dishes such mentsuyu and tempura soup, stewed meats and bowls, and Japanese dressing. We use kelp and bonito flakes made in the United States.
• The variety of dishes will broaden with the addition of this one. Because there is no preservative added, make sure to put it in the refrigerator as soon as you open it and use it right away.
• This product has been updated, and the most recent version has 50% more dashi than the previous one. Japanese bonito flakes and Hokkaido-sourced kombu kelp are the main ingredients in the dashi. It doesn't contain any artificial seasonings, preservatives, or colors.

DIRECTIONS:
For meals like tempura, gyudon, soba, udon, and simmered foods, dilute or utilize tsuyu as desired. For most dips, a simple base-to-water ratio of 1:2 is sufficient.
