Return Policy

DO NOT return items without prior authorization. You MUST obtain an authorization for return. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning the items to us.



  • Damaged, defective, and shipment errors (missing items/lost package) may be eligible for replacement, full credit or refund within 7 days.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or shipment error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods at sales@cocoislandmart.com 
  • Please include the following information:

1) Name

2) Order number

3) Contact phone number and email address

4) Brief description of damage (include proof such as pictures), defect, or shipment error

  • Delayed damage requests cannot be accepted and opened bottles cannot be returned.
  • Before you ship your return, you must receive an RMA number, and return instructions.
  • Unless otherwise requested, all returns must be done via U.S. Postal Service regular service.
  • Turnaround time for returns is approximately 2-3 weeks.



  • Free returns within 30 days due to damage, defect, or shipment errors.
  • If you would like to return your item(s) for a reason other than damage, defect, or shipment error, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Items on 'SALE' do NOT qualify for returns or refunds.
  • Product must be returned in its unopened original package and in good condition.
  • For orders returned after 30 days, there will be a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase amount. Once product(s) have been received and inspected as in acceptable condition, your purchase amount will be refunded 15% less.
  • Before you ship your returns, you must call or email to receive an RMA number, and return instructions.
