DIRECTIONS:
1. Marinating the sliced fish: Clean and cut the fish (around 1-13kg) into fillets. Put them into a bowl and mix evenly with the contents of the marinade bag and some cooking wine or liquor.

2. Cook the mixture of contents of 130g seasoning bag, 150g sour cabbage (stir-fry until fragrance in advance) and 800g-1kg water (soup-stock is better) until boiling.

3. Firstly boil the fish head for 2 minutes, and put the fish bones into the pot, boil it for 2 minutes, fish fillets are lastly put into the pot, boil all for 1-2 minutes. The dish is ready to serve after appropriate amounts of chopped green onions are added into it.
