  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking information where you can check the status of order.

  • Is two-day standard shipping available?

    Yes, two-day standard shipping is available for the following states only: NY, MA, OH, NJ, CT, PA, and DC. However, shipping may take one day for NY area at times, depending on certain circumstances such as weather, volume of orders, etc.

  • Can I change the shipping address after I placed an order?

    Yes, it is possible to change your address only when your order has not been shipped by contacting us at sales@cocoislandmart.com / 1-833-339-2626 as soon as possible. If it has already been shipped, you have to contact the carrier that has been assigned to ship your package.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    To cancel an order, you have to contact us at sales@cocoislandmart.com / 1-833-339-2626 and have you order number ready so that our team can assist you as fast as possible. 

  • Can I stop by for pick-up?

    Yes, orders are usually ready in 4 hours. We're open from Monday - Saturday from 10 AM - 6 PM. Our store is located at 7923 New Utrecht Avenue Suite#1000, Brooklyn, NY, 11214. 

  • Do you offer local delivery?

    Yes, local delivery is only offered Local delivery is offered for the following zip code areas in NYC11214, 10305, 10314, 10306, 10301, 11204, 11228, 11219, 11220, 11218, 11230, 11223, 11224, 11229, 11235, 10302, 10303, 10310, 10307, 10308, 10309, 10312, 10304 with minimum order of $50.

    Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Otherwise, they will be delivered the next business day.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

  • What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

    One of our representatives will contact you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

  • How do refunds work?

    Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your account.

  • Can I order by phone or email?

    Unfortunately, no. All orders should be placed online.

  • Can I add more items to my order?

    No. Once an order is placed, you cannot change it. We suggest you to cancel your order and re-order.
