Return Policy

DO NOT return items without prior authorization. You MUST obtain an authorization for return. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning the items to us.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTS, OR SHIPMENT ERRORS

  • Damaged, defective, and shipment errors (missing items/lost package) may be eligible for replacement, full credit or refund within 7 days.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or shipment error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods at sales@cocoislandmart.com 
  • Please include the following information:

1) Name

2) Order number

3) Contact phone number and email address

4) Brief description of damage (include proof such as pictures), defect, or shipment error

  • Delayed damage requests cannot be accepted and opened bottles cannot be returned.
  • Before you ship your return, you must receive an RMA number, and return instructions.
  • Unless otherwise requested, all returns must be done via U.S. Postal Service regular service.
  • Turnaround time for returns is approximately 2-3 weeks.

 

OTHER RETURNS

  • Free returns within 30 days due to damage, defect, or shipment errors.
  • If you would like to return your item(s) for a reason other than damage, defect, or shipment error, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Items on 'SALE' do NOT qualify for returns or refunds.
  • Product must be returned in its unopened original package and in good condition.
  • For orders returned after 30 days, there will be a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase amount. Once product(s) have been received and inspected as in acceptable condition, your purchase amount will be refunded 15% less.
  • Before you ship your returns, you must call or email to receive an RMA number, and return instructions.
  • Turnaround time for returns is approximately 2-3 weeks.

 

 FRESH FRUIT RETURNS

We offer refunds only in the event that the fruit product is spoiled or deemed unfit for consumption. We carefully select and handle our fruits to ensure their freshness, but if you receive a product that is spoiled or compromised, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance in refunding the item.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds or accept returns based on:

  •  Personal taste preferences. Each fruit has its unique flavor profile, and individual taste preferences may vary.
  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for fruits based on size differences. Fruits naturally vary in size, and we provide general information regarding the typical size range for each fruit.
  •  In the unfortunate event that a fruit product is damaged during shipping we regret to inform you we cannot accept returns. We take the utmost care in packaging and handling our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, unforeseen circumstances during transit may occur, and we kindly ask that you contact our customer service team promptly with supporting evidence, such as photographs, so that we may assist you in resolving the issue.
